Technology Transfer and Patent Issues

The Gesellschaft für Erwerb und Verwertung von Schutzrechten mbH (GVS) offers services for the transfer of technology and knowledge in the field of plant biotechnology.

GVS has three core businesses:

as a patent agency for BDP and GFP, it represents the common interests of GFP or BDP members and supports them in intellectual property issues as a service agency, GVS helps securing intellectual property rights for research findings of its clients (members and non-members) as plant innovation agency for the genomic research platform GABI, GVS promotes technology transfer and intellectual property rights of protectable research findings.
